In the final week of term the Sarah Siddons theatre was transformed from its usual proscenium arch to a traverse staging that brought the audience up close to the action. Visit is a story of greed and values played out as the cast presented their 21st century morality tale.
Second year Performing & Production Arts students applied a wealth of production skills as they built the set, gathered props and sourced and created costumes. A range of performance skills were drawn upon with script work, devising, physical theatre, singing and movement all used to strong effect.
Audiences at the rescheduled performances said it was well worth the wait and were delighted to be taken on the journey.
