Workforce development meets the needs of employers by offering high quality work based vocational learning in a wide range of industry sectors and skill areas. Employees can gain valuable skills while employers improve the efficiency and productivity of their business. We are flexible and business-focused, and our professional trainers design programmes that match the needs of your organisation. We also have an established and successful NVQ Assessment Centre. We also offer customised short courses specific to your training needs. These specialised courses provide essential skills to allow your staff to develop their skills and contribute more to your organisation.

Free Recruitment Service

At City of Westminster College we offer a free recruitment service for employers which takes the stress out of finding employees. By advertising your job roles to our 2000+ students, our alumni and a large number of unemployed students on specific employability courses. We also advertise through social media, third party organisations and external jobsites. In addition to advertising your job roles to a wide pool of candidates we also provide a free short-listing service.
