This term, City of Westminster College welcomes a new cohort of dynamic and passionate student officers ready to lead and represent our students, following an exciting election event last week. The Student Union now has a full house of elected members, and is poised to make a real impact on college life this academic year.

To ensure all student officers have the tools they need to succeed in their roles, they have each been matched with a dedicated support mentor based on their expertise. Our new Student Treasurer, for example, has been paired with a member of staff from the finance team to offer guidance and support throughout the year.

Student officers will be planning a variety of exciting events for the coming months, starting with our annual Festive Fayre in December. Furthermore, officers will work alongside Citizens UK and local councillors this term to raise awareness about needs in our local community. In May, the Student Union will launch Capital Culture Month, celebrating our diverse student population and providing students a chance to honour the many cultures that make City of Westminster College a unique and vibrant place to study.

The student voice is integral to shaping our culture at City of Westminster College, our Student Union is an ideal platform to provide opportunities for students to engage and contribute.
