The Effective Communication in Hospitality and Retail course is designed specifically for English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) learners who are interested in pursuing a career in the hospitality and retail industry. This course aims to develop their English language skills and enhance their ability to communicate effectively in various professional settings within these industries. Participants will learn essential communication strategies, vocabulary, and cultural awareness to successfully interact with customers, colleagues, and supervisors in retail, hospitality and logistics environments.


With your tutor’s recommendation, you can move up to the next part of the course upon successful completion of one level.  You can also move to other internal courses with the recommendation of your tutor.
